Aspettiamo i nostri giovani – oggi abbiamo giocato con una età media da 23 anni e mezza – ma va analizzato che loro sono ancora grezzi, gli manca la continuità. Questo si migliora solo giocando, io guardo il futuro del Como e non per l’oggi.
