Al 37′, ripartenza velocissima del Milan con Saelemaekers che trova Nkunku che però calcia alto da buona posizione. Al 39′ la sblocca il Napoli, alla prima vera chance. Cross rasoterra di Hojlund, Maignan non riesce a bloccare il pallone e la palla arriva a Neres che deve solo metterla dentro a porta vuota. Napoli avanti. Al 45′. Maignan si riscatta subito, bella parata su una conclusione di Hojlund pericolosa. Al 63′ raddoppia il Napoli.
