D’Aversa: “Queste partite cambiano il campionato. Casadei ha tutto per diventare grande”

Intervenuto ai microfoni di Sky Sport al termine di Torino-Parma, il tecnico granata Roberto D’Aversa ha commentato così l’esito della sfida: “Sono quelle partite che all’interno di un campionato possono cambiare la posizione in classifica ma anche il prosieguo del campionato. L’abbraccio con i ragazzi? Credo che tutti quanto siamo lì che abbiamo giocato: sia quelli che sono entrati sia quelli che non hanno giocato. Mi sono complimentato coi ragazzi perché vederli così partecipi mi rende orgoglioso. I ragazzi sono stati bravissimi, nonostante la sconfitta di Napoli hanno lavorato duramente e con entusiasmo. La partita è spesso frutto del lavoro quotidiano. I ragazzi hanno inteRpretato la gara in maniera eccelsa, non era facile perché il Parma in trasferta ha dato fastidio a molti. Non ci dobbiamo far influenzare sul fatto che sia stata una partita semplice a partire dal risultato finale: non lo è stata assolutamente. Merito dei ragazzi. Tra il primo tempo e il secondo proprio l’atteggiamento e lo spirito hanno fatto la differenza. L’individualità è una conseguenza, salta fuori quando i ragazzi vanno in campo da squadra e stasera hanno giocato da squadra. Devo fare i complimenti anche a coloro che sono subentrati. Dobbiamo ragionare sul presente ed era importante per il nostro futuro. Ancora non abbiamo fatto nulla, possiamo toglierci soddisfazioni se lavoriamo ancora così durante la settimana. Casadei è un giocatore che ha tutto per diventare grande. Molto probabilmente andare subito in un top club come il Chelsea ha influenzato il suo cammino. Deve ragionare sul fatto che nel calcio nessuno regala nulla. Se in queste situazioni un giocatore come lui, che può fare dieci gol in campionato, fa venire il dubbio se possa giocare o meno, allora qualche domanda se la deve fare. Deve capire lui che è un giocatore importante, laddove la continuità la deve portare anche nel quotidiano, in allenamento e nella vita”.
