Una delle più belle gare che ho vissuto da fuori. Con Mancini non è successo nulla, è stata una chiacchierata: gli ho detto la mia su quello che è successo con Ramon, ho visto tutto, ma con rispetto. Questi ragazzi vedono gli altri come giocatori importanti. Va bene la furbizia, ma è stato un momento passionale. Andiamo a casa con zero punti e miglioreremo”. Di Ferguson ce n’è stato solo uno. Cosa vuole che resti del Como quando andrà via? “E ce ne sarà sempre uno, ma non ti scordare di Wenger. Grazie per la domanda, a volte ci si scorda di quanto noi vogliamo fare: ho letto tante critiche dopo la gara contro l’Inter. La nostra non è arroganza, ma un’idea chiara. Come possiamo fare ad alzare il tempo effettivo in Italia? “Io non gioca, ma la mia sensazione è che per le caratteristiche del calcio in Italia si perde tanto tempo. Noi proviamo a dare continuità di gioco, ma poi facciamo poche costruzioni: bravi alla Roma, oggi era molto più fisica di noi e ci hanno reso la gara difficile. Non ho la soluzione, ma il tempo effettivo è bassissimo: 46 minuti, è pochissimo. Secondo me, si deve migliorare”. Cosa manca per battere una big? Un attaccante? “Manca a tutti, un bomber aiuta ma non voglio puntare il dito. Siamo avanti nel nostro piano, ci vuole calma. Aspettiamo i nostri giovani – oggi abbiamo giocato con una età media da 23 anni e mezza – ma va analizzato che loro sono ancora grezzi, gli manca la continuità. Questo si migliora solo giocando, io guardo il futuro del Como e non per l’oggi. Perdere dà fastidio, ma la strada è lunga: mi dissero che non avrei mangiato il panettone… Ora non sono un fenomeno, ma vedo l’idea con cui vogliamo affrontare le cose: il calcio poi ci dirà la sua”. Inter e Roma hanno lavorato per penalizzare le vostre qualità. “Sì, l’hanno presa seriamente. Bravi, non hanno avuto molto tempo per preparare questa gara. Sapevano che se ci davano spazio, potevamo fargli male: sono orgoglioso dei ragazzi, abbiamo fatto 27 tiri in due gare.
